Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using ReachMatrix AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What the service provides

ReachMatrix AI provides informational tools and practical guidance about local search visibility, business listings, and responsible email-deliverability practices. The service may organize your business inputs and customer questions into visibility scans and action plans.

The service does not guarantee Google, Yelp, map, search-engine, or AI-tool rankings; inbox placement; spam-filter treatment; citations; leads; revenue; or any other business outcome. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation, third-party platforms, market conditions, and changes to their systems and policies.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the service to send spam, mislead recipients, or evade email-service, search-platform, or advertising-platform rules.
• Submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content or use the service to harm others.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the service, accounts, or systems.
• Copy, resell, rent, or make the service available to others except as permitted through your workspace.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. If you invite teammates, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and for the information they access or add to your workspace. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Third-party services

Our guidance may refer to or help you prepare for services operated by others, including Google, Yelp, search engines, AI tools, email providers, and payment services. Those services are not controlled by ReachMatrix AI, and their availability, policies, outputs, and actions are governed by their own terms and practices. You are responsible for complying with the requirements that apply to your use of them.

Plans, checkout, and renewal

The service may offer free trials and paid plans. When a paid checkout is offered, it is provided through a MadeThis-hosted checkout. The checkout presented to you identifies the price and billing cadence for that purchase. We do not collect payment-card information in the ReachMatrix AI app.

You may cancel a recurring paid subscription at any time using the MadeThis-managed cancellation instructions provided with your subscription. Once you submit a cancellation, future recurring charges stop immediately, and we will not charge another renewal payment after that submission.

Cancellation does not refund payments already made, except where applicable law requires otherwise. After cancellation, you keep paid access through the end of the current paid 30-day period, calculated from your most recent successful payment. Access ends after that period unless you renew.

Intellectual property

ReachMatrix AI and its design, software, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes. You retain rights in the information you submit to your workspace.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, address misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, including by canceling a recurring paid subscription as described above.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and its guidance are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReachMatrix AI disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The guidance is informational and is not legal, financial, tax, advertising, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReachMatrix AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over those disputes.
