Overview
ReachMatrix AI helps small businesses organize practical local-visibility and email-deliverability guidance. This policy describes information we collect through the website and app, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect the name, email address, and password information you provide for account access. We also maintain account and workspace records such as your role, account status, and the date your workspace was created.
Workspace and team information. We collect the workspace name and member roles needed to let your team use the app. If you create an invitation, we store the invitee's email address, role, invitation token, and invitation status.
Business scan information. When you use an AI Visibility Scan, we store the business name, website, location, category, customer questions, and the resulting action plan so it can be shown in your workspace and, where your plan allows, revisited later.
Plan and checkout information. We store workspace plan, trial, product, and subscription-status information needed to provide access. When a checkout link is available, it leads to a MadeThis-hosted checkout; we do not collect card numbers or other payment-card details in this app.
Usage and device information. If PostHog analytics is configured for the site, it records product-use events and page activity. Its configuration uses cookies and browser storage to recognize sessions, retain attribution parameters, and understand how visitors use the site.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, and maintain accounts, workspaces, and team access.
- Generate, display, and retain your saved visibility scan results and action plans.
- Apply plan access, trials, subscription status, and usage limits.
- Understand site and product use when analytics is enabled, so we can improve the experience.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and account or data requests.
Service providers and sharing
We use Convex to operate application data and authentication. When configured, we use PostHog for website and product analytics. MadeThis provides the hosted checkout linked from the app when a paid checkout is offered. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with applicable law, or respond to valid legal process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add your business scan inputs to public pages through this app.
Cookies and analytics
The app uses browser storage and cookies for account sessions. If analytics is configured, PostHog also uses cookies and browser storage for session recognition, page activity, and attribution. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect sign-in or other service functionality.
Your choices and requests
To ask about your account information, request access to or deletion of personal information, or raise a privacy question, email team@reachmatrix-ai.madethis.app. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will post the updated version here and revise its effective date.
